Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Packmate for Wix ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. The service

The App lets Wix Stores owners create bundle offers (Mix & Match, Volume discount, Build your own bundle). Each active bundle becomes a Wix automatic discount, and a Packmate offer is shown on your product pages. The App requires Wix Stores.

3. Price

The App is currently free. If we ever introduce paid plans, they will be billed only through the Wix billing system, and we will announce the change in the App in advance.

4. Your responsibilities

• You decide which discounts to offer and are responsible for your prices, promotions and any taxes or consumer-law obligations that apply to them.
• Check your bundles and discounts before relying on them in a promotion.
• Do not use the App for anything illegal, and do not try to interfere with its operation or security, or reverse engineer it.

5. Discounts after uninstalling

When you uninstall the App, Packmate discounts stop applying. Wix may still list them under Automatic Discounts; you can delete them there.

6. Your data

You own your store data. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and correct, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or improve features; we will not remove core functionality without notice in the App.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App — including discounts applied or not applied by Wix. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
