Packmate for Wix ("Packmate", "we", "us") lets Wix Stores owners create bundle discounts. This policy explains what data the app handles when you install it on your Wix site ("the App").

What we collect

About your site — when you open the App, Wix tells us:

• your app instance ID (an identifier Wix assigns to this installation),
• your site's name, published URL and site ID,
• the list of Wix apps installed on your site (used only to check that Wix Stores is installed).

What you create in the App:

• your bundles: name, description, type, discount, dates, and the products in each bundle (product IDs, titles, image URLs, prices and variant IDs copied from your Wix Stores catalog),
• setup progress (for example, when the bundle offer was last seen on your site).

Technical data: server logs (request time, path, IP address, user agent) kept for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect

• We do not read your orders, and we store no data about your customers or site visitors.
• The storefront offer calls our server only to fetch the bundles for the product being viewed. It sets no cookies and does no tracking.
• We do not collect your email address or payment details. The App is free.

How we use it

Only to run the App: show your bundles in the dashboard, create and update the matching Wix automatic discounts, show the bundle offer on your product pages, and support you when you contact us.

Where it is stored

On our own servers (Vultr, United States), in a database used only by Packmate for Wix. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). We access Wix only through Wix's official APIs, with the permissions you approve when installing the App.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone. We would disclose it only if the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

• While the App is installed, we keep your bundles so they keep working.
• When you uninstall, your discounts stop applying immediately. We keep your bundle settings so that reinstalling restores them.
• To have everything deleted, email hello@ksentri.com from the address on your Wix account with your site URL. We delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@ksentri.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the App.
